Coral Hotel Athens offers four star Accommodation in Athens, only a 15' drive form Athens Center, in a unique, seafront location. The Coral Hotel sits right on the waterfront of Paleo Faliro, an elegant seaside suburb of Athens, on 35 Possidonos Avenue. Possidonos Avenue, a 60 km. coastal road that is mostly scenic, stretches along the northeastern edge of the Saronic Gulf from Piraeus (or Pireas), the main port of the city, to the southernmost tip of Attica, Cape Sounio, the site of the 5th century B.C. Sanctuary of Poseidon.

The hotel overlooks the Saronic Gulf and the "silhouette" of the hilly peninsula of Kastella, offering splendid seascape and sunset views. Many of our guest rooms and two conference rooms have a view of the water.

Things To Do In Paleo Faliro
Athens' southern suburbs extend from the end of Syngrou Avenue, at Paleo Faliro, ending at the town of Vouliagmeni. Paleo Faliro, 6km or 3.75 miles from downtown Athens, is a densely populated suburb south of the center of Athens. Coral Hotel has the advantage of being located on the coastal road affording a proximity to the sea, great sunset views and across the street from “Flisvos” tram station to downtown Athens.

The newly developed marina Flisvos is within walking distance of the Coral Hotel or a 10' tram ride (tram stop "Trocadero") and offers a variety of recreational prospects, including sports, dining, coffee shops, 9 movie theaters and game rooms.

Just around the corner from the hotel, the bustling commercial center of Paleo Faliro is a place to see and experience. It is a mixture of shops, banks, restaurants, retail shops, pastry and coffee shops.

Getting to Coral Hotel from Athens International Airport
"Eleftherios Venizelos" Athens International Airport is 35 km. or 40 minutes away from the Coral Hotel. Taxi fare is approx. 35 euros during day hours and doubles from midnight to 6:00 am. Public transportation to and from the airport is available by express airport bus connections on a 24 hour basis.

Bus Line X96 Piraeus - Airport Express starts from the center of Piraeus (Karaiskaki Square) and via Possidonos Avenue, Varis-Varkizas, and Varis-Koropiou roads, terminates at the airport. The bus stop for the hotel is Flisvos Bus Stop. The ticket for Express Line X96 costs € 5 and is valid for 24 hours on all public transport means (buses, trolley-buses and metro).
